The Fuselage-Mounted Satellite Aircraft Television Antenna System provides satellite television reception worldwide to widebody commercial and private jets such as those produced by The Boeing Company and Airbus Industries. With its unique, high-gain antenna and state-of-the-art electronics, it provides service where others can't - against weak satellites, low to the horizon and in humid atmospheres. The aircraft television antenna provides vertical, horizontal, left-hand, and right-hand circular outputs so it can work in any region of the world, and enables passengers to view hundreds of live broadcasts. The system is mounted on the exterior of the fuselage under a protective covering known as a radome.
