For more than a decade, AeroSat Corporation has designed and manufactured aviation communications solutions that speed the flow of in-flight information. Our Ku aircraft antennas, aircraft TV antennas and other solutions are based on patented core technologies and designed for commercial aircraft and business jets. These systems enable aircraft to connect to the Internet while in-flight or at the gate, providing passengers and crew with wireless connectivity, television, cell phone service and text messaging - nearly anywhere in the world.

Innovative products. Proven performance.
Our product line includes four satcom antenna systems. Our newest product is a Fuselage Broadband Internet Antenna System that enables commercial airliners to receive true high-speed broadband Internet service. These Ku aircraft antennas are currently being implemented by several major airlines. In addition, we offer a Fuselage-Mounted aircraft television antenna, a Tail-Mounted aircraft television antenna and a TV/Internet Tail-Mounted Antenna. To date, we have shipped nearly 300 units.

Faster connectivity at a lower cost.
In addition to our antenna systems, we are developing a next-generation, ground-to-air and inter-aircraft network system called Airborne Internet. Airborne Internet delivers 45 Mbps service to aircraft at a much lower cost per bit than existing satellite-based solutions. In April 2007, this system underwent a successful test flight with the FAA and is expected to be commercially available in 2009.

Expanding to meet growing demand.
AeroSat is headquartered in Amherst, New Hampshire and operates a manufacturing facility in Aurora, Ohio. In the last five years, we have more than quadrupled our workforce and increased production capacity tenfold. In August 2008, we will be moving to a new facility in Nashua, New Hampshire to accommodate our growing capabilities and staff. Our new 54,000 square foot facility will house the most advanced indoor antenna test range in the Northeastern United States, as well as automated systems for high volume production and testing of antenna systems.

Certified and approved.
Today, our airborne satcom products are certified and in use on Boeing, Airbus, Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dessault and Cessna aircraft. AeroSat holds ISO 9001:2000 certification, Aerospace Standard (AS9100B) certification, FAA Parts Manufacture Authority (PMA) and is FAA certified on 28 aircraft. Soon, we'll have Certified Repair Station (CRS) certification and FCC approvals for our FMU 2-way antenna.
